Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff, whenever we have stayed here the rooms have always been very clean and both the reception staff and cleaning staff are very welcoming as you come into the hotel. We have not stayed at the other hotels on site but will definitely book back here again! Hopefully with a non car park balcony next time! The only down side to this hotel is that the hotel carpark is very small with limited spaces, if you do not arrive early enough you have to unload the car and then drive over to general parking.

We had a fantastic time st the Wave Hotel. Our room was located on the fourth floor which had stunning views of the park and of the sea. The balcony felt extra special and with the beautiful weather we felt extremely lucky. The games room is an added bonus if you are traveling with teenagers. Staff were very pleasant and always eager to help. 👏 👏 👏

It's a great hotel with its own parking lot. Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was perfect enough for our 3 night stay. the only downfall on this occasion was problems with the hot water but was soon sorted out. In the foyer, there is a lovely cafe/resting area away from all the crazyiness and a great games room for kids to enjoy.

Hotel was lovely & clean, comfortable beds ,was a loud in early which was great.had a great weekend, guy Gregory in dinning was fantastic, food very good ,only thing that let it down was no air conditioning in any of the shows,much too 🔥 spoilt it alot,and bar run out of water.

Always a nice visit at bognor Butlins resort. Rooms are nice in both hotels and the kids have a great time in the themed room. I would recommend a holiday to this resort but if you tend to keep returning the entertainment can be boring as it has been the same for all 3 of our visits. Only downside to this holiday was when we arrived there was a lot of construction work going on that we didn't know about and a lot of the rides have been relocated to a different area. There was also some work was going on in the skyline for the new restaurant addition and that did get a bit noisy on certain days.

Had such a great time at the resort. Been here a few times now and stopped in the range hotel. Great food and the staff do such a great job. I would like to see the staff being offered free food at the resort as a thanks for all they do for the residents. Maybe good if cash points were free to use as the money will be mainly spent in resort.

Really nice hotel. Warm welcome upon arrival. Hotel room was ready when we got there at 1pm. Staff nice and friendly. Room really clean and up to date. Balcony that has a view of the resort. TV in the main room and one on each of the bunks which is really good for children!
